For studio work we inspect the paint first and quote from what we find, so a firm price follows the assessment rather than the phone call.
Choosing between them is simple. If the paint needs improving, that is studio work. If the car needs keeping clean and protected, a valet does it, and the Maintenance package keeps it that way on a schedule. New cars are worth booking in early: delivery and dealer preparation can leave light marks, and protection goes on best once we have checked what is actually there.

Is it worth booking a mobile valet when the studio is so close?
Yes. Mobile valeting is about convenience rather than distance. If you would rather not drop the car off and collect it later, the mobile unit does the same valet on your own driveway.
My car is brand new. When should I protect it?
Early is good, but we still inspect the paint first. Delivery and dealer preparation can leave light marks, so we check what is there and recommend the right level of preparation before a coating or film goes on. Book once you have a collection date and we will plan around it.
Do you cover the newer streets off London Road?
Yes. All of Great Notley, including the newer phases, is covered by the mobile unit. Send your postcode if you would like it confirmed.
Which services have to be done at the studio?
Paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film. All three need controlled lighting and a dust-managed space, so they are booked in at our Braintree studio on Harrison Drive and the car stays with us while the work is done. Valeting is the one service we do both at the studio and on your driveway.
